So you’re probably wondering what we’ve changed now. Our biggest changes:
- We changed our blogging comment system to Disqus, which I totally love and I’m sure you all will too. It’s integrated with almost everything (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) AND you get points for good comments. What more could you ask for?
- We’ve removed our Adsense ads. With the Noodlescape Shop and the Farm (long story) in place there is no need for Adsense ads on Mainland v2. Yay!
Voice your opinions using the new comment system! Try it out! I highly recommend users comment using OpenID or Facebook or Twitter or a Disqus account as this will let you accumulate points for your good comments!

Oh, and I forgot to mention, with Disqus, our posts appear to load faster!
Why we removed Disqus:
1) Difficult to custom style
2) Rendered by JavaScript
3) YOU LOSE THE SEO VALUE OF COMMENTS AND TRACK BACKS (comments are loaded on Disqus’s site so they benefit from the comments not us)
